On 4-5 July 2024, our project partner AM, Antonio Mirabile held a workshop on “Research and development of new materials and methodologies for the conservation of cultural heritage within EU-funded projects” at the Natural History Museum (Naturkundemuseum ), Leipzig (Germany). It was an opportunity to see how to adapt new materials designed for the restoration of works of art that may contain the presence of residues to this vast cultural, botanical, geological, zoological and archaeological heritage pesticides with arsenic, mercury and lead.
It was also an opportunity to present our EU-funded AURORA project!
